For those who regularly read The Big Picture in its Facebook page, you should be aware that the plan for 2022 is to move ‘The Big Picture’ to a proper website that everyone has full access to. The reason for this is that Facebook has at least two limitations as a platform: firstly, that not everyone has a Facebook account and, secondly, that Facebook’s algorithms do not always bring every daily post’s attention to those who have signed up for it.
From 1st January 2022, the daily Big Picture notes will be posted on http://the-big-picture.blog. The website will then automatically send a full daily email of the post to all email subscribers. Therefore the current Facebook ‘Big Picture’ readers are recommended to sign up to this using the following link: https://the-big-picture.blog/sign-up/. For the next few months, the website will also post a daily reminder in the old Big Picture Facebook page too.
